Our Support and Maintenance Contracts offer:
- Unlimited Remote/Telephone/Email support.
- All work carried out by Microsoft Certified Engineers.
- 4 Hour response time for Support calls in 'office hours'.
- 8 Hour response time for Support calls out of 'office hours'.
- Dedicated Support line.
- 12 Flexi On-site hours included per annum.
- Discounted hourly rate for work that falls outside of the support contract.
- Proactive Server monitoring (where appropriate) including.
- Monitoring of active internet connection.
- Exchange services.
- Disk space usage.

Terms:
12 Month contract would start on receipt of full payment and 60 days 'Notice of Termination' is required.
Should the contract be terminated during this period of cover, a refund would be calculated as follows: Months remaining at end of notice period * (contract total / 12) * 0.75.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
